Because we sell freshly cooked pet food prepared exclusively for each individual customer, down to the individual portioning of each food package - we are unable to accept returns. All pet food sales are final.
Just like buying fresh food at the grocery store, if you open it and find that your pet does not like the taste for some reason, we suggest not to buy that recipe in the future. In addition, because our pet food is sold frozen, we are unable to accept returns as we cannot be certain that the unused food packages were stored at appropriate temperatures during the time that they have not been under our care.
